Disney Vegas Land

Last summer I took a trip down to Disneyland for a few days and then drove to Vegas to stay for a few days. We couldn't settle on a place so we decided to do both and it ended up being the perfect amount of time in each place. Here's some doodles from the trip, enjoy!

Ready for Breaking Bad?

Netflix just added season 5 part 1 so that's what I did last night. All I can say is 'oh snap!' ...and a farewell to Mr. Ehrmantraut.

Not your typical fairy boy

When I started this I thought I could finish it over the weekend....well a month later here it is! I made this for my dad's birthday as a throwback to when my brother, my dad and myself played the Ocarina of Time on the N64. It was such a hard game but so immersive, I couldn't wait to come home from school and play it.

I wanted to push myself with this one and try and go out of my comfort zone. There were times when I wanted to scrap it and just do something cartoony but I'm glad I stuck with it.

               Just a case of the batman fever. The doctor says with some special cream it will go away.

So a few weeks back Nickelodeon aired "I think his name is Baxter Stockman". This was the first episode animated by the team I'm working with. It had it's challenges but was a lot of fun. I was lucky enough to land a nice chunk of the skateboard sequence at the beginning of the episode (pun intended). It was a blast to work on and I welcome any chance to watch a bunch of skate videos at work. I took a few screencaps from a video posted over at IGN alongside their review of the episode. My animations start at the 17.5 second mark of the video :)
