You'll have to excuse my lack of posting. I have no good reason other than being too lazy to clean my drawings and not lazy enough to post the raw sketches. That being said I'm going to do my best to bring you said drawings.
So a few weeks ago I wrapped up at Studio B working on My Little Pony as a layout artist. It feels like only yesterday that I was a fresh faced young lad starting a new and exciting job. I had a great time there and had the chance to meet some awesome people. Please check it out below, I had the pleasure of working on every third episode so watch, laugh, cry, and discover the magic of friendship.
As of now I've started at Bardel doing CG character animation so hopefully I'll get some demoreel worthy animation.
This started out as a spontanious white board drawing but it lost a lot of its spontaneity and sketchyness when i transfered it to digital. I hate it when that happens. Hopefully more to come soon, enjoy.
It's been too long. I got a little lazy after school ended and...yeah, here we are. However, I have been drawing somewhat so there's a good chance those will end up on here soon. I just have to ease back into it, baby steps...baby steps.
Here it is after 8 long months in the Digital Animation program at Capilano University. There are still some things I want to fix before I consider it finished but it'll do for now. Enjoy!
Had enough Elvis yet? I know I haven't. This is one of my display posters for our fast-approaching gradshow next Friday. So if you're in the area of Downtown Vancouver don't hesitate to stop by the Harbour Centre on May 7th(5pm -9pm) and 8th(12pm-4pm). We'll also be throwing an after-grad-party on May 7th after the show at Chapel Arts (304 Dunlevy Avenue). All are welcome. That will start around 9:30pm and ending determined by your own endurance.
