And in this Corner....another layout!

The last layout I might produce for a while, It's a quaint little boxing gym (supposed to be around the 1930's)...and also a tonal sketch of the same layout. It's my first tonal sketch so don't be a tit about it, jk but still once I actually learn my way around the old tonal-ness it will be pretty.
